• Financial management of ADP, Donors and Non-Development funds of the Authority.
• Planning of financial resources including preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly budgets.
• Release of development and non-development of funds from Government.
• Manage and operate Authority Accounts as per prescribed procedures including Special Drawing Account, Assignment Accounts and Commercial Bank Accounts.
• Process payments of contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Disbursement of salaries/wages/allowances of the staff.
• Prepare statutory financial reporting and financial statements.
• Prepare and manage Accounting books and financial records.
• Liaison with external & internal auditors.
• Manage revenue/receipts of the Authority and conduct value for money analysis on investment.
• Coordination and collaboration with government departments and other stakeholders in financial matters.
