The traceability of all documents will be possible on a single click. This paperless practice will significantly reduce time and resources.
With conventional way of business, employees usually lose as much as 40% of their time looking for paper files and approximately 20% of print jobs are never even retrieved from printers. The Chairman PAPA underlined that “this best practice of paperless business will result in avoiding lots of unnecessary waste and will not allow leaving sensitive data exposed to any unrelated employee or visitor. On top, about 50% of all printed material on any given day will not end up in the trash by the end of the day. PAPA will continue its efforts towards highly efficient business operation with transparency, quality and cost effectiveness.”
CEO PAPA underscored that the Authority is looking for going completely paperless soon for a few main reasons:
. Cut out inefficiencies, which is estimated to be over 80% to impact the bottom line with improved document workflow; and
. Reduce time and paper waste (paper waste only accounts for over 50% at the beginning of such paperless operation) and significant cut on respective costs.
